Maritime SheEO Conference 2024

The Maritime SheEO Conference hosts its 5th annual one-day conference in 2024, promising to be bigger than ever. Under the theme "Setting Sail for Equality: Empowering Women Leaders," this conference unites CXOs from across the globe to champion diversity and inclusivity.

Attendees will explore the importance of leadership in enhancing diversity, hear real-life stories highlighting the business case for inclusivity, and benefit from unparalleled networking opportunities.

Guidelines for Attendees

1. Admission and Registration

  • All attendees must present a valid ticket at registration to enter the conference.
  • Conference badges must be worn at all times for security and access.

2. Complimentary Tickets Requests

  • Complimentary tickets are issued based on discretion and availability. Requests should be made via email, which are subject to confirmation.

3. Ticket Swapping & Transfers

  • Tickets are transferable, however requests for transfers must be submitted via email at least 36 hours in advance or else they won’t be able to enter.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds can be requested up to 24 hours before the conference start time. Refund requests after this period will not be accepted.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards all participants. Harassment or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event.

6. Privacy and Photography

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for conference purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us.

7. Liability

  • The Maritime SheEO Conference is not responsible for personal injury or loss. 

8. Intellectual Property & Speaker Presentations

  • Copyright and Distribution: Materials presented during the conference, including speaker presentations, are the intellectual property of the speakers or the conference organizers.

 

9. Venue Rules and Security

  • Venue Policies: Attendees must comply with all rules and policies of the conference venue, including security and safety guidelines.
  • Bag Check: For security reasons, bags and personal items may be subject to inspection upon entering the venue.
  • Lost and Found: The Maritime SheEO Conference is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost items can be reported or retrieved at the designated Lost and Found area at Taj.

10. Mobile Phone Etiquette

  • Mobile Devices: Please set mobile phones and other devices to silent or vibrate mode during sessions. Refrain from making phone calls inside session rooms.

11. Wi-Fi and Internet Access

  • Wi-Fi Access: The venue does not provide WiFi Access. Please plan accordingly.

12. Environmental Responsibility

  • Sustainability: The Maritime SheEO Conference is committed to sustainability. Please make use of recycling bins, minimize paper usage, and dispose of waste properly.

13. Emergency Procedures

  • Emergency Contacts: In case of emergency, attendees should follow the venue’s emergency procedures. Emergency exits and contact numbers will be provided on-site.
  • Medical Assistance: First-aid services will be available at the venue. If you require medical assistance, please inform a staff member.

14. Anti-Discrimination Policy

  • Inclusive Environment: The Maritime SheEO Conference aims to provide a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or sexual orientation. Discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

15. Guests

  • Guests: Only registered attendees will be allowed into conference sessions and events. Guests of attendees will not be admitted without a valid registration. We request you to let us know in advance so we can give them a ticket.

16. Feedback and Surveys

  • Surveys: After the event, you may receive a feedback survey. We encourage all attendees to participate to help us improve future conferences.
  • Complaints: If you experience any issues during the event, please contact the conference organizers or a staff member at the registration desk.
